CHZ Thermolyzer

The ThermolyzerRM is a patented advanced ECO SYNGAS generator and recycling technology.  It solves the age-old problems of sending valuable embodied energy and precious resources to the landfill.

The ThermolyzerRM Technology allows to effectively use the hydrocarbons existent in end of life products.  The technology produces valuable syngas which can be used to create clean electricity, methane or hydrogen for use in generators, heating of boilers, or directly in many industrial processes.  The solid by-products of the ThermolyzerRM are mainly carbon, possibly carbon black and other feedstock specific materials (i.e. steel from tires).  In case of Electronic-Waste the system delivers as end products precious metals like gold, silver.  The carbon can be used in many applications like water filtration, fertilizer and pigments.  All solid by-products / recyclables can be returned to the economy and become new products again.  The technology has its first EPA Permit for Ohio and is useable for Carbon Credits.
